I found the course material and outline to be somewhat helpful and the instructor was very knowledgeable but was lacking a hands on approach...I happen to take more out of doing and receiving feedback.

A very good introductory course with useful tips for public speaking and presenting- all taught by a seasoned professional speaker. Student to instructor ratio is quite good with opportunity to ask many questions.
