This two-day course is designed to equip petroleum professionals, managers and executives with tools and knowledge required to execute successful domestic and international joint ventures and alliances. The course is comprehensive, covering strategic, commercial and organisational and behavioural issues. The session includes a review of partnering strategy and different partnering models commonly used in the petroleum industry. Attendees will learn practical tools and techniques to guide them through the conception, planning and operational stages of joint ventures to enable them to achieve exceptional results. The course is illustrated with international case studies from upstream to downstream. The course is highly interactive with challenging joint venture scenario exercises to reinforce the learning.  The maximum number of attendees is therefore limited to 16.
